我会附上我以上两个workflow, 先确保你的comfyui能够稳定运行,也下载了各项需要的model
前文整个流程我是这样，首先决定要做多少秒的影片，然后让ltx2.3 输出多少段，每段多少秒
举例我的，每段15s, 总共8段，2分钟影片决定了大纲后，我们就要开始从comfyui产出我们的素材，
需要从z image 产生 1-8镜头的画面, 把 1-8 的image 丢去ltx2.3 i2v 渲染成动画。
再从z image 产生片头片尾画面，再通过ltx2.3 i2v 渲染成动画先使用ai 帮我们写故事，构建剧本:举例帮我写一段剧本，我想做的是2分钟唐朝武侠的影片，我会把每一段15秒的影片自己使用premier pro 连接起来，你的责任是，把5分钟写成每一段15s 的镜头画面，有故事，有剧本，有镜头，镜头加入更炫酷的轻功飞天动作,暗器（如飞镖）偷袭的特写,加入暗器破空，飞檐走壁，旋转飞镖，极速升空特效。
ai 出来的效果：这是一份为您量身定制的唐朝武侠短片剧本。为了方便您后续使用 LTX-2.3 生成视频并在 Premiere Pro 中剪辑，我将整体结构设计为 8个分镜（每段15秒，总长2分钟）。同时，为了解决 LTX-2.3 动作生成较弱、移动较慢的通病，我将剧本核心设计为“以快打慢的刺杀”——通过漫天落叶、斗笠飞升、剑光闪烁、快速拉近等强烈的环境动态和镜头运动，来强迫 AI 输出高速度感的武侠大片。故事设定在您提供的图片场景（锦鲤池、青铜鼎、白墙黑瓦的唐代庭院）中，讲述一名黑衣刺客在庭院伏击唐朝将军的惊险瞬间。

最后最后，加上开场字幕剧情，字幕收尾我需要一段10秒的字幕剧情，而10秒的字幕收尾您需要的是带有故事剧情、能交代前因后果的“剧情字幕”。
在电影中，这种字幕就像章回小说的导言，能用最简短的文字勾勒出一个宏大的武侠背景。为了契合我们整体“以快打慢、锦鲤池伏击”的肃杀基调，我为您撰写了以下10秒开场剧情字幕（交代杀机）与10秒收尾剧情字幕（交代宿命）。

看到了，流程跑通了，视频虽然有不少细节要打磨，但是故事基本是通的。不确定是否由于模型量化太严重导致黑影在移动中扩散保持不了人形，有一丢丢恐怖谷效应。不过可喜可贺，完成了从0到1。

我个人的见解是，AI影片也好，AI画图绘图也好，都需要大量的抽卡。哪怕是闭源模型也需要抽卡，当然比本地部署的抽卡几率要低很多。看了这个影片，我估计你是一次成型，没有抽卡吧？用5060TI大量抽卡，估计会花掉大量时间。有一块好显卡就是爽。
