參考設計是 160GB LPDDR5X，Intel 開放給板卡夥伴做到最高 480GB。
Neowin 直接寫「可以塞到 480 GB VRAM 容量」。
2. 用的是筆電等級 LPDDR5X，不是 HBM為了省成本、省電、避開 HBM 缺貨，Crescent Island 用 LPDDR5X，走空冷 350W 設計。
TechSpot 說這讓它能在氣冷伺服器跑，不用液冷。
3. 架構與用途基於 Xe3P（Panther Lake 內顯同代的強化版），支援 FP4/MXFP4 到 FP64，從 AI 推論到科學模擬都能跑。
Intel 明確說是為「agentic AI 工作負載」設計，強調每瓦效能。
4. 時程客戶送樣是 2026 下半年，真正量產要到 2027，完整效能數字還沒公布。
為什麼 480GB 會被拿出來講
大模型現在吃記憶體很兇，用 FP8 跑 1.6T 參數的 DeepSeek-V4 等級模型，4 張 Crescent Island 就能塞下，不用切太多張卡。
跟 Nvidia H200 那種 5TB/s HBM 比，Crescent Island 頻寬只有約 684 GB/s，但容量大三倍、功耗低很多，Intel 賭的是「推論要容量，不一定要極致頻寬」。
